People find us by chance; we want downtown Belleville to be a destination.

We wanted a look that better represented the use of technology in Cecil County public schools. We are the largest employer in the county and we went for a look that represents that.

I think it says something about Belleville when it's the first city in the area -- and one of the first cities in the whole country -- to offer this. It says we value technology and that we're a progressive, business and people-friendly community.

People will be able to work (on their computers) anywhere downtown.
